The agreement between you and Rhythm Culture for using the platform: your account, your content, credits, bookings and payments, and what happens when things go wrong.

1. Who can use Rhythm Culture

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are 13–17, a parent or legal guardian must accept a guardian invitation before you can book classes or rehearsal spaces, and adults you don't follow cannot message you. Under-13 accounts are not permitted and will be removed.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Pro accounts are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication because their confirmations carry weight on the credit graph.

2. Your content and your profile

You keep ownership of everything you upload — reels, photos, clips, posts. You grant Rhythm Culture a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transcode, display and distribute that content on the platform and in previews of it (for example a link card), for as long as it is on the platform. You can delete content or your whole account at any time from Settings.

You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, including music in your reels and the consent of people who appear in them. We remove content in response to valid copyright notices (see the DMCA policy) and repeat infringers lose their accounts.

We never ask for or display physical attributes (height, weight, measurements) or a minor's age. Don't add them to free-text fields either.

3. Credits and confirmations

A credit is a claim that you worked on a production. It becomes "confirmed" when a verified Pro on that production, or three peers who were there, vouch for it. Confirming a credit is a statement of fact by the confirmer. Knowingly claiming or confirming a credit you did not earn is grounds for suspension and for the credit being removed.

Disputes: anyone credited on a production can report a credit. Staff review reports, may ask the parties for evidence, and may revoke confirmations. Confirmed credits are part of the shared record of a production; if you delete your account they remain attached to the production under "Deleted artist".

4. Classes, rehearsal spaces and payments

Sellers and hosts set their own prices and cancellation policies. Rhythm Culture charges a platform fee on each transaction, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; Rhythm Culture does not store card numbers.

Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown on the listing at the time of booking (flexible, 24 hours, 48 hours, or strict). A host or seller cancelling always results in a full refund. Bookings by 13–17 year-olds require guardian approval and are not charged until approved.

Rehearsal-space renters accept the space's house rules and the renter waiver at booking. Hosts are responsible for the safety and insurance of their space; Rhythm Culture is a marketplace, not a party to the rental.

5. Community rules

No harassment, hate, scams, impersonation, or asking people to pay off-platform. No soliciting minors. Anything can be reported from the profile or post; reports go to a human queue. We may warn, hide content, suspend for a period, or permanently remove accounts, and we keep an audit log of every action.

6. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Security; the deletion is immediate and described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. Sections 2, 3, 7 and 8 survive termination.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhythm Culture is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the conduct of other users, or for what happens at a class, rehearsal or event booked through the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email and in the app. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: legal@rhythmculture.app.
