Common questions

How do I add or claim a credit?

Go to Settings → Credits and hit Add a credit. Pick the production (or create it), choose your role, and save. It shows as claimed until a Pro who's already on that production confirms it — then it's confirmed and posts to the feed.

Why isn't my credit confirmed yet?

Credits are confirmed by a Pro who is already credited on the same production. If no Pro from that production is on Rhythm Culture yet, it stays claimed (still visible on your profile). Invite them — the moment they confirm, it flips to confirmed.

How do I edit my profile, reel, or gallery?

How do City Hubs work? Can I change mine?

How do I rent a rehearsal space?

Open a room under Spaces, choose your time range, get a quote and book. Some rooms are instant-book; others are request-to-book — the host accepts or declines and you're only charged when accepted.

How do I cancel a booking or get a refund?

Go to Bookings, find the booking and choose Cancel. Whether it's refundable depends on that listing's policy (shown on the class or space page). Refunds return to the original payment method. If a refund hasn't shown up after a week, tell me and I'll open a ticket.

How do I teach a class or list my space?

Head to Host & teach. Create a class listing (and sessions) under Your classes, or list a room under Your spaces. To get paid, finish Stripe payout setup under Settings → Payments.

I can't log in / forgot my password.

Use Forgot password on the login page — the reset link is good for one hour. You can also sign in with a one-time email link, or with Google / Apple if you connected them. Still locked out? Tell me and I'll open a ticket for the team.
